What is The Cricket Store’s returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product that has been ordered, please let us know, either via messenger or filling out the Returns Form and we will speak with the brand to determine the appropriate next steps. If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, then we will certainly accept a return and will send you a full refund. Products must be returned directly to the partner company and not to The Cricket Store.

 

What Payment methods are accepted? 

We accept: Visa Debit / Credit - Mastercard - American Express - Apple Pay - Shop Pay - PayPal 

 

Where is my order? 

You will receive an email with the tracking details for your order. Deliveries take up to 7 working days and if you have any questions please e-mail james@thecricketstore.uk.
Can I nominate a date or time for delivery? 
Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time for orders due to the different couriers and services used for deliveries.  
What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver? 
If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the driver will leave a card through your door. If the goods have been sent via a courier e.g. Parcel Force, you can call them and arrange a re-delivery. For items despatched via Royal Mail, the goods will have been taken to your local post office with instructions how to collect them on the card.
